Unreliable  players, agents and clubs.

On this site we will publish  negative experiences from agents, players and clubs.
Everybody has the right to react and their reaction will be published if it is mannerly written.
Maybe we can solve some problems as well!!!

These are some problems contacts sports from the USA ran in this season!

Profkom KGTU Women's Basketball Team in Kazan, Russia. Mr. Neil Mingaloov -
Chairman,
Mr. Aleksandr Scherbakov - President. Bulat Yusupov of Revolution Sports - Agent.
WNBA player was promised high level salary, but only received those payments for 3 months.
Agency fee was not paid as promised.
Efforts to communicate with these personnel were ignored once player arrived in Russia.

Rhondda Rebels Women's Basketball Team in the UK, Andrew Tynan,
General Manager did not pay promised agency fee for replacement Bosman player and
ignored all communication efforts once player joined the team.

BC Slavia Women's Basketball Team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Mr. Mitko Davidkov - President,
Mr. Nickolai Tenev -
Agent. Team was late each month with payments to import player and finally stopped paying player.
Promised agency fee was not paid.
Efforts to communicate with these personnel were ignored once player arrived in Bulgaria.

Yours truly,
C. Dukes

Thank you Csports. Wish you sent out your information sooner,
as I've also been stung by Andrew Tynan - last season.
Never again! You can add to your black list Wels (Austria) and Iraklis (Greece).

Cheers -

Peter

Antonio Pereira agent in Portugal placed for three seasons in a row
Leroy Watkins in Portugal.

Pereira signed a split fee contract with Globe Sports Management but never paid the fee
 and ignores all contacts.
He also says that his signature on the split fee contract is falsified!!!

Solutions!!!!
A lot of times contract partners of low level sign contracts
and afterward they deny that the signature
on these contracts is theirs!
The only solution is a copy of the passports of the undersigned to add to the contract
and if the sums of money are very high to certify the signatures by a notary public!!

Warning for agents!

A lot of times European teams try to cut out the agent!
Specially teams in Eastern Europe and  Portugal and Greece in the European union!
They try to make a deal with the player as soon as they have a direct contact with him.
They propose the player the cut out the agent and to split the agent fee between them.
To prevent this, you should make a solid
management contract with the player and a
fee agreement with the team.
If you click on the links you can see how Globe Sports makes the contracts and if you have any better ideas,
please let us know.

Warning 2! for players.

Some agents cheat on their represented players !
In Europe the fees are paid by the teams and not by the players,
 according most European country laws!!
That makes the  temptation for an agent to make a deal with the team
and to lower the salary of the player and to split the difference of this amount
between the team and the agent.
This is hard to find out by the player, because the team will never tell him
and the agent of course also not.
