FEE AGREEMENT.

This agreement made on the  day, date and year by and between the hereinafter referred to as ‘Club’;

And

Globe Sports Management Inc.residing 840 Bergen Avenue, Jersey city, New Jersey 07306 in the USA, represented by its president Maarten H van Gent (herein after mentioned “Globe”)

Whereas:

Globe made the arrangement and set up for an agreement between  …………..a professional basketball player
and club to play basketball for club’s team during the season 2003-2004.

Agree as follows:

a.       Club will pay to Globe a fee of amount euro (amount in words).
The payment of   this amount will be due by ..^th of August, year.  
All monies will be paid to Globe in the United States or in Europe at the bank or banks so designated by Globe.

b.      In addition, club will pay to Globe all bank costs involving this transfer.

c.       For every following agreement between player and club, club will pay 10% of the base salary to Globe.

d.      Even if player and club will make an agreement without the knowledge of Globe, which will not be the intention, club still has to pay mentioned 10%.

 

General terms:

a.       This contract was made according the law in ………..
If any conflict will arise it will be brought before a judge having jurisdiction in the city of ……

b.      Any other competent courts are hereby excluded.

c.       If any of this provision of this agreement shall be invalid, the remainder thereof shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect.

d.      On all delayed payments club will automatically pay a fee of 3,5% of the total amount per month.

e.       This agreement shall be the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof,
any representations, warranties or conditions not expressly incorporated herein shall not be binding upon either party.

f.        This agreement shall supersede all prior understandings, agreements and contracts and contains the entire agreement between the parties.

g.       No oral agreement is binding upon the parties.
h. Both parties agree to use the English language for this agreement
